Oribe Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil Review

Oribe Gold Lust Oil

Oribe Gold Lust Oil

Sometimes in the quest for hair perfection our hair can suffer along the way.  One day I want my hair curly, the next poker straight.  Does this sound like you?  I’m sure I am not alone, so I wanted to share with you all a review on the Oribe Gold Lust Oil.  As you all know from my previous post, I love the Oribe haircare line and this was the first product I purchased.  After reading good reviews online I wanted to try this product for myself and I am so glad I did! I have been using this for four months now and feel I am in a good position to give a pretty honest review!

After washing and conditioning my hair I dispense one pump into my hands and run through mid lengths to ends.  I then comb through gently with my comb.  I feel the oil helps my comb to glide through the hair and as my hair is at its most vulnerable state when it is damp I feel this helps prevent breakage and any product that protects is a welcome addition!  The oil is not particularly scented with the distinctive Oribe scent which for me, is a shame.  After drying my hair and styling I then work another pump through the  ends to give it a glossy tidy finish.  If I choose to curl my hair, this oil helps to define the curls and smooth any flyaways that putting hair in rollers can sometimes come hand in hand with.

I absolutely love this oil and would recommend if you are searching for a multi use hair oil.  It absorbs into my hair and does not leave a greasy residue.  It leaves behind the perfect amount of shine whilst penetrating into the hair to deliver nourishment.  At £45 the Oribe Oil is expensive but worth it.

Do you use this oil? Have you experienced good results? I would love to hear your thoughts!
