Saturated Colour LipSStick Naked Pink – Review & Swatches | Lipstick Monday!

It has been an exciting week at Pretty Honest HQ. I was given the opportunity to try out* a lipstick by the lovely people at Saturated Colour.  I chose Naked Pink which is a beautiful barely there pink with cool undertones. It was a cold and dreary Monday today, so I took the opportunity to cheer myself up by wearing my new lipstick and it certainly did the trick!

Naked Pink belongs to the LipSStick collection which consists of 12 highly pigmented vibrant shades that offer beautiful colour and a moisture enriched formula. You can choose from neutral naked’s, vivacious reds and even a bold purple if you are feeling daring! There really is a colour for every taste!

My makeup today was fairly muted with my usual earthy eyeshadows and the Naked Pink LipSStick really brightened up my face. The cool undertones were very flattering and the colour brought out the green in my eyes. I found the lipstick easy to apply straight from the bullet but I did use a lip brush around the cupids bow to give a tidy finish. I found the lipstick lasted a good 3 hours without the need for reapplication. I did get transfer to my coffee cup when drinking,  however the colour is so rich it still left a decent amount on my lips without looking untidy.  The finish has a lovely sheen to it, but is not overtly glossy.

I found this lipstick to have great pigmentation and be very moisturising. This lipstick is priced at £7.00 and is an absolute bargain for the quality, and they are cruelty free which of course if very important.  Saturated Colour have some lovely products on offer, and I currently have my eye on the double ended lip brush that boasts one end being generous enough to fill in the lips without having to constantly top up the brush, and the other end crafted especially for around the cupids bow.  How good does that sound?! My makeup bag is crying out for this brush as I have never seen anything like this before.

I would recommend taking a look at if you are looking to treat yourself without breaking the bank, but not compromising on quality.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this colour.

Talk to you all soon x
